Skin Solutions MD - Shipping and Returns

Shipping options include FedEx next day air, FedEx 2nd day air, FedEx 3 day select, FedEx ground, FedEx Standard for Canada, FedEx Worldwide Expedited, and USPS Priority Mail. Orders shipped USPS cost a flat fee of $6.50 for shipping and handling. FedEx orders are integrated and calculated per individual order at checkout. We now provide FREE Shipping to anywhere in the United States for all purchases via United States Postal Service 2-3 day Priority Mail.

USPS Priority and FedEx Ground orders can be expected within 2-5 business days.

We will notify you via email within 1 business day if a product is out of stock.

If you are dissatisfied with any product purchased through our site, you may return the item(s) for an exchange or store credit within 30 days of the shipping date.

If returning an item(s), you must include all parts, pieces and printed materials in order to be eligible for a store credit. Also, to ensure that your returns are received by Skin Solutions MD., please make sure to add insurance to your parcels through your preferred mail delivery service. Shipping fees are only eligible for refund when the original items were either shipped incorrectly by Skin Solutions MD, Inc. or damaged. All other shipping fees are nonrefundable.

All returns are processed the Friday the week the package was delivered.
